Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Artcafè Shop may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Artcafè Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with Artcafè Shop. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to purchases and transactions made with Artcafè Shop.
