Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order separately.

 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
